Timeout upon manual upload

Reproduciable: yes, consistently

Unsuccessful quick fixes: Log in both from main company or customer account → issue is for both, deleted browser cookies & cache, incognito

Use case:

When user tries to add file of EDOC Poland to Manual Upload, user receives a timeout error

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download a message in Request received state (example message: 30707d80-0b4a-11f1-a060-6573988a4859)

2. Upload to Manual Upload feature

3. Wait, and see timeout error
