Company hierarchy not reflected on UI

Company RSK Group Limited has 3 levels of company hierarchy: RSK Group Limited RSK Belgium RSK Benelux RSK Europe etc. RSK France ADEV etc. Steps to occurrence company has a 2-level structure before, that worked as expected then IE sets up in Admin a new company hierarchy, with 3 levels this change has not been correctly reflected. In Monitor company switcher, all level 3 subcompanies were categorized into one of the level 2 subcompanies However, filtering worked as per the correct company setup in Admin Same behavior on test & prod. Take-away: Seemingly, there’s a UI bug where the switches does not reflect the correct company hierarchy for 3-levels. Whitelabel user can't open connector details. When refresh, error page occurs

username: Nicolas.Rohlf@xSuite.com Company name: Xsuite Group GmbH Env: Prod & test Reproducible internally: no Unsuccessful quick fixes: trying from different browser & incognito When user clicks the compliance connector in “Ready for Setup”, configuration wizard doesn’t show, just right grey placeholder. Not reproducible on our end, and also for IE it works as expected. Only occurs for the user. When then user clicks “close” and refreshes, then he receives a insufficient permission screen (in admin he has self-service connector permission) Not reproducible on our end, and also for IE it works as expected. Only occurs for the user.

Some multitenant connector don't show up on ERP overview

User: Xsuite Group GmbH Env: test (prod works as expected) When user from Xsuite Group want to view all ERP connectors, some multitenant connectors don’t show up, neither in the partner nor in the customer view. Scenario 1: Customer: WPO ALBA with connector TEST_WPO_ALBA_S_A_ This is a multitenant connector connecting all WPO ALBa subcompanies to xsuite. User can see them in the list in the expected behaviour of 1 ERP Connector Scenario 2: Customer: Kirchhoff Automotive with connector TEST_KIRCHHOFF_AUTOMOTIVE multitenant connecting all subcompanies to Xsuite. Here is the bug, where we don’t show that ERP connector in the list and also not from the customer view There’s a connector clearly setup in Admin, with similar configs to WPO ALBA that works
